Another positive aspect was the owner's behavior. The owner was polite, attentive, and accommodating, which contributed positively to the overall impression of the hotel. Their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, and they were readily available to address any concerns or requests. However, one significant downside was the quality of the food served at the hotel. Unfortunately, I found the food quality to be subpar. Despite the variety of options available, the taste and freshness left much to be desired. This aspect detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay, as food is an integral part of the hotel experience.
